PREEXISTING DAMAGE NOTICE

Effective Date: August 10, 2026

Red Rose Mobile Detailing is not responsible for damage or defects that existed before detailing services began. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Scratches, dents, chips, cracks, rust, or paint damage
  • Peeling or failing paint, clear coat, tint, vinyl, or protective coatings
  • Torn, stained, faded, cracked, loose, or worn interior materials
  • Damaged trim, badges, moldings, buttons, switches, vents, or accessories
  • Loose or improperly installed aftermarket parts
  • Mechanical, electrical, or electronic problems unrelated to our services
